About Me

Giorgia Hagan BSc (Hons), PG Dip, MCSP, HCPC, ACPAT A, RAMP.

I studied to become a Chartered Physiotherapist at Keele University, qualifying in 2018 before starting a career within the NHS. I have acquired a wealth of experience working within the NHS, gaining knowledge in trauma and orthopaedics, musculoskeletal outpatients, medicine, respiratory, intensive care and surgery amongst many other specialties. In 2020, I then specialised as a Neurological Physiotherapist, an area that I am passionate about and continue to pursue within the NHS. I then studied Veterinary Physiotherapy at Hartpury University.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT), Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). These accreditations confirm that I am fully insured, regulated and trained with the appropriate qualifications, allowing me to treat your animal to the highest standards. I regularly complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD), allowing me to use evidence-based practice to provide the best care for your animal.

I was born and raised in Herefordshire and have grown up surrounded by animals. In my spare time I can often be found out and about with my working cocker spaniel Poppy, or with my two horses Tex and Colin! I am dedicated to providing an excellent Physiotherapy service for your animal no matter their age, breed or discipline. We can work together to achieve your goals, whether your animal requires Physiotherapy for sports performance, maintenance treatments or specific rehabilitation (post-operative, post-injury, long-term condition management).
